Saturn Projects is focused solely on the Supply Chain needs and targets of individual senior executives and main boards. Our method is to spend as much time as is practical to understand your needs, the requirements of your customers and delivery of your suppliers, then we pull these together to build or refine a tailored focused supply chain strategy.

In the first instance we meet with the individual or we sit in on board meetings and identify the issues that the client wants to resolve.

We look at industry standards and assess the current market conditions and most importantly using the targets set by the client look at the likely impacts from internal and external factors and then set the basic structure for the supply chain strategy.

The following are typical areas that we also assess in taking the basic structure for the strategy and creating a final Supply Chain Strategy that is ready for delivery:

• The methods for measuring during the delivery of the programme the alignment of the programme and the strategy with the set business targets
