About Our Company

 

Our Company was created after we had many discussions with leaders in many industry sectors saying that they'd like to have access to subject matter experts that understand how to build a supply chain strategy and focus on the delivery of that strategy. Their opinion is that almost all the consultancies that they meet, talk about strategy but actually want to sell in IT and operational delivery under a guise of a strategy, because that is where their core resources skills really lie.

 

About our Consultants

 

Our consultants are the best of the best, all have a minimum of 15 years experience and have designed, built and implemented supply chain strategies in operations of at least $100m.  We do not fill roles with new graduates, or people without the relative skills and experience. All our consultants have signed Non Disclosure Agreements and hold your data and the work they do in the strictest confidence. As a policy our consultants work on a need to know basis and do not discuss your strategy or your business outside of the specific project. At the start of any engagement our consultant (or Lead consultant if it is a team) will agree with you an  agreed list of persons that we can discuss the content of the project with, both internally to your company, internally within Saturn Projects and externally and without an agreement. Those are the only people we discuss your Strategy project with.

 

Our Consultants work on a project by project basis and are focussed on delivering your strategy or sub-section of the strategy and each consultant is an expert in that field. We recommend that the client interviews each of our consultants, ideally before the project starts. It has not happened in Saturn Projects but, if for whatever reason you are not happy with an individual or a specific piece of work then all our consultants understand that there is always an escalation route open from our clients to our Managing Director & President who will resolve the situation quickly, decisively and to your satisfaction.

Peter Breadmore, BSc.Hons has more than 25 years supply chain strategic design and planning experience, gained globally with such companies as Parker Pens, Gillette, Vodafone, 3, Milupa, Cow & Gate, Bell Canada, Marks & Spencer, IBM and Universal Music.
